Ethan oversaw 604 Project Racing’s financial and external strategies, aligning performance goals with long-term sustainable growth. A former Team Canada cyclist with a background in finance, Ethan was instrumental in getting the team up and running in year one.

Kristine oversees all of 604 Project Racing’s operations and athlete support, keeping the program running seamlessly behind the scenes. From strategic insight, finance, partnerships, marketing and rider wellbeing, she draws on her three decades of experience in business, recruitment and corporate leadership development to co-create a healthy, culture where athletes can develop as humans on and off the bike; performing at their best.
